When will my flowers arrive?

Your first BloomsyBox will be delivered on your selected date upon checking out. Following your first shipment, your future shipments will arrive each month according to the delivery date of your first shipment. We deliver Monday - Friday.

What comes in a BloomsyBox?

Each subscription order contains a unique handpicked bouquet. Seasons change and so will your BloomsyBox!

Will I receive the same bouquet more than once?

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for your plan immediately upon signup. After the subscription cycle ends (month-to-month, 3, 6, 12 months), if you signed up for auto-renewal, you will be billed eight days before your next shipment arrives.

Can I Skip/Pause my subscription?

Yes, you can skip a shipment or pause your subscription anytime. You will not be charged for skipped months. Contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to assist you.

What is the Cancelation policy?

We suggest using a vase with a top opening of 4-5 inches for Original, Deluxe, and Weekly bouquets.For Premium and NYBG bouquets, we suggest using a vase with an opening of 5 - 6 inches.The height of the vase is according to your preference. Ideally,

Will I be refunded if my subscription was auto-renewed by mistake?

If your subscription was unintentionally auto-renewed, we can cancel and refund the auto-renewal.

Can I pause my monthly flower subscription?

If you need to put your monthly subscription on hold for any reason, such as traveling, rest assured that we've got you covered. Contact us, and we will promptly assist you in pausing your subscription for a specific time and then resume delivery whe
