My flowers arrived damaged, what can I do?Updated a year ago

Due to the nature of flower bouquets being fragile and that the shipping process is not always kind (or easy), although we take extra care in securing our flowers, sometimes things can happen. When this happens, we fix it. Please make sure you contact us within 3 days of receiving your flowers and make sure, if possible, to include a photo; we will get back to you in 24 hours.
